Booking & Payment Policy

At TGCreative, I value your time and commitment. To ensure smooth scheduling and clear communication, please review the following policies:

Deposit

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • This deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Balance Payment

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.

  • Payments can be made via [insert your payment options: credit card, PayPal, e-transfer, etc.].

Deliverables & Pricing

  • Deliverables (e.g., number of images, edits, file types, formats) must be discussed and agreed upon prior to the shoot, along with the final price.

  • Custom quotes are available for larger or specialized projects.

  • I’m happy to help you choose the format that best suits your needs.

Turnaround Time & Urgent Work

  • Standard turnaround time is two weeks for most projects.

  • For urgent assignments, faster delivery can be arranged upon discussion — an additional fee may apply.

  • Larger projects may require more time, depending on complexity and scope.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made without sufficient notice (24+ hours in advance) will result in loss of the deposit.

  • If rescheduling happens due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be honored for a new date.
