Booking & Payment Policy
At TGCreative, I value your time and commitment. To ensure smooth scheduling and clear communication, please review the following policies:
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
This deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.
Payments can be made via [insert your payment options: credit card, PayPal, e-transfer, etc.].
Deliverables & Pricing
Deliverables (e.g., number of images, edits, file types, formats) must be discussed and agreed upon prior to the shoot, along with the final price.
Custom quotes are available for larger or specialized projects.
I’m happy to help you choose the format that best suits your needs.
Turnaround Time & Urgent Work
Standard turnaround time is two weeks for most projects.
For urgent assignments, faster delivery can be arranged upon discussion — an additional fee may apply.
Larger projects may require more time, depending on complexity and scope.
Cancellations
Cancellations made without sufficient notice (24+ hours in advance) will result in loss of the deposit.
If rescheduling happens due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be honored for a new date.
